Hi I am having trouble with images taken on my S24 ultra which I have recently acquired. After I take a photo with the camera app and then open the image from the image icon to the lower left of the camera screen, I see the image and underneath there is a row of 6 or 7 recent images. In this row, the most recent one shows a series of rotating dots contracting in and out and when I long-press the image icon, I see a message saying processing. While this processing is going on, I cannot edit the image and it does not upload to my Dropbox account. The processing seems to take a long time, hours. I have set imtelligent optisation to minimum but this hasn't stopped this issue. Is there a setting I have missed and how do I stop this issue happening? I have tried to take a screenshot to show the rotating dots but they don't show up so I have taken a 2 sec video with another phone to show what I'm talking about.

Force stop the Galaxy Gallery app and clear the cache and data to see if that helps. Long press on the Galaxy Gallery app, then tap the (i) symbol located on the top right, then tap Force stop, then scroll down until you see Storage, then clear cache, then clear data. Then restart your phone. Check if the problem still exists.1752385564928.jpg

Its in you camera setting. Its called intelligent optimisation. It must be set to maximum. Its normal. You need to open photo and it speeds process up
