Hey there! Good day! As suggested by your fellow members before on a previous post, there's no harm in deleting hidden files folder. Though we do suggest to check your unused apps, and/or third party apps. The folders/files may be connected to them. Try to do "clear data cache" and "clear app cache" and see if those file folders will be deleted. If still unsure, you may try and connect the phone to your pc/laptop and do check on each folder's properties for their connected location within your device.
