I recently bought a new s21 ultra and when remove the plastic wrap around my phone i accidently dropped it on the floor and now it scratch and dented around the case amd thank good the screen is okay. What shkuld i do to fix this and if i should pay, how much its gonna cost me ?
Everytime i see the scratch and the the dented part, it broke my heart to pieces. Help please
Is any part of the inside of the phone exposed? That might mess up your water resistance if its a bad dent.
If its a slight dent you'll be right. Just get a case and be careful next time. I dont think its not gonna be worth the price as I believe they remove the bezel and screen in one piece so itll be priced as if you cracked the glass.
