Device Services grayed out option to turn off notification

I recently got my S23 ultra from my service provider and this notification from them saying, "Thank you for choosing Smart!" can't seem to go away. I already tried everything and it's still stuck in there. I hope someone could help me. I provided screenshots for your reference. 

PS: I have tried going to the notification setting and the Device Services isn't there. :( Help!

Hi, is it in app notifications under settings? Is this the notification settings you were talking about? Have you tried sorting to most recent or most frequent? How about show system apps? Unfortunately it's not in there. I thoroughly scanned the app notifications however, I really cannot find the device services in it.

If you would long press the notification..
Can you follow these sample photos so maybe you can force stop it?

I cannot. :( I resolved it though. I found a solution through another thread. I just removed my sim 2 and the notification from smart went away. But thank you so much for helping me. I appreciate it.
