Hi Samsung Community
When I try to open or down load attachments, ie, tax invoices, etc, a screen pops up saying,
"Cant open file. The GPX file is corrupt or has missing or invalid date?" Its on a page that says, Routes Imports.
Can anyone shed some light please?
Thankyou

You might try downloading an app like FullReader. It has some good features and is free to use for one month. After that you either put up with the adverts or buy it. I bought it. And unlike some app developers, these people eventually reply to questions.

Make a copy first and try opening the copy. Copy again for further attempts with different software. Note some email software won't allow you to open an attachment when it is still in the email folder. Try downloading a GPX reader (Google). Also try opening with Microsoft Office 365 and Libre Office.

Gpx is route file. Pdf would be Adobe.

So what are you trying to open?

From your example, try downloading the gpx (route) from a different source.

If it's pdf, use Adobe app
