Drag down notifications

Somewhere in the phone I have setup so that when I drag down it goes straight to the second notification screen. Usually you drag down once and it shows notifications and then you drag down the second time to show all the buttons. But it is going straight to the second part and I don't know how to unset this.

Any idea where this is setup

Did you install good lock? There is something there that allows you to do that.

Maybe try this. In setting, click on 'Home Screen' and turn on 'swipe down for notification panel'

Silly question but have you tried a restart? Also is software updated to latest version?

I found it! it is from quick star under good lock. Open quick panel directly
