DUAL SIM ALWAYS ON: HOW TO ENABLE THIS?

I already set and entered the numbers of my 2 SIM cards (Globe & Smart) under "Enter Phone Number." But when I turned on Dual SIM always on, it didn’t work. It says "Couldn't turn on Dual SIM always on."

Please help me fix this so I can enable this feature.

yep. same issue here with s22+ maybe because globe/smart is not allowing call forwarding?
