No. Only the iPhone 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max and later iPhone models have dynamic island features.

Dynamic Island is am exclusive feature of Apple go their latest phones.

However you can always download 3rd party apps like dynamicSpot that emulates the abilities of dynamic island for android phones. They are available at the Google Play Store. 😊
