E vouchers not working

Who else found their promised bonus $100 credit for their $20 vouchers didn't actually happen?

Very poor of Samsung to either not honour their promise or fail to ensure the bonus value was activated by the time they said it would be

Check it again.
Initially, it wasn't working for me.
But an hour or 2 later it seems to be working.

UPDATE - Samsung has acknowledged something has not worked correctly and are 'escalating' the issue.
For anyone else facing the same reach out and ensure it is rectified

Final update - Samsung was able to confirm that the voucher did not work correctly and sorted the additional value very quickly.

I haven't got a code and was never sent one now it expires on thr 13th.
