l've reported an issue with my S25 Ultra's terrible battery life to Samsung Members, and they've instructed me to charge the phone to 100% and drain it to 15% then send the loa file. Thev told me "Please don't close the Samsung Members app until you receive an Error Report Sent notification". I've waited over 10 minutes and it's stil yet to pop up. This is probably the 4th attempt I've sent the loa files and nothina has worked so far. All the notification are enabled for the app so that shouldn't be the issue..
