Extremely Disappointed! Where is One UI 7?!

As a long-time Samsung user, I’ve never been this disappointed. In previous years, we would already be receiving major One UI updates by the end of the year — but this time, it’s been delay after delay with zero transparency!

Samsung officially announced that the One UI 7 rollout would begin on April 7. But for us users in Malaysia? We were told to wait until April 14. Well, today is April 14 — so where is the update?! No rollout, no notification, nothing!

We’re not beta testers. We’re official users who paid full price for flagship devices. We deserve better than this silence and neglect.

Samsung Malaysia — can you please respect your users and give us a clear answer? When exactly is One UI 7 coming?!

Guys, Samsung really disappointed us a lot. Since the S24 Ultra's product body quality issues, terrible after-sales and service experiences, and now the major OS update delay without official notice, don't make users feels like you don't value us, pls~ tbh how other feel Samsung Ai still leading in market?
