Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a persistent and frustrating issue with my Samsung phone S21—a bright green line appearing on the display.
My phone S21 suddenly got 1 line green screen. I have bought 2 S21 in 2021 and both got same problem. First S21 i bought 30/04/21 and got the issue middle Nov24. Second phone i bought on 07/07/21 and got the issue today. It is like the life spam for the screen is the same around 1300 days and i feel something wrong with the phone model. Out of sudden got green screen.
I just recently buy new Samsung s25 when my first s21 got the issue. But now very disappointed my second S21 again got same issued. This is affecting my user experience, making the phone difficult to use, and is extremely disappointing given Samsung’s reputation for quality.
After doing some research, I found that this green line problem is a widespread issue among Samsung users, often occurring due to software updates or hardware defects in OLED screens. Despite numerous reports from customers, Samsung has yet to offer a proper resolution or recall for affected devices. I expect Samsung to take responsibility and offer a free screen replacement or a viable solution to resolve this issue. I have been a loyal Samsung user for years, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider my commitment to the brand. If no action is taken to resolve this matter, I will have no choice but to switch my entire household to a different smartphone brand that values long-term customer satisfaction and product reliability. Please advise on how I can proceed with a warranty claim, free repair, or an official resolution from Samsung, as this is clearly a manufacturing defect and not due to user negligence. I look forward to a prompt response and an acceptable resolution to this matter.

Hai! I also made complaints about my green line issue phones for Z Flip 3 & S21 FE.. it's frustrating - but i still go back buying Samsung coz I'm familiar with the apps & easy to use for Smart Switch.. recently bought Tab S9FE & S25 😂... (I tried using other phone brand. But I still prefer using Samsung phone)....

If i not mistaken, i read some news that you can get a free fix/replacement at samsung service centre for the green line issue.. but i dont remember where i read it.. try to search the info at tiktok since i only scroll tiktok dan google news😊

Don't waste your time sending it to the service centre. They will charge the non refundable fees and tell the escalation for FOC screen replacement is rejected by HQ
Samsung Malaysia will not admit that this is software/manufacturing defects. So be ready to change new phones every 2 years if we are still using Samsung! 😂
