Green line on screen after update on Samsung S22 Ultra. Samsung is a fraud company and doing scam with its customers Samsung company is doing fraud with their customers. I have Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra. Recently I updated my mobile on 3th april, 2025 and after update Green lines are appeared on my mobile screen and colours became fade.. 

 

I visited in the service center for this problem and they don't ready to accept company fault. There are no scratches on my display and my phone is fine without any damage but just for software update this happen Samsung took a lot of money from to but this and it their fault they should pay for it This is totally unacceptable.

It's a serious issue and samsung needs to stop this kind of scam. APPLE IPhone policy is far better than samsung policy..

 

I request samsung company to take my complain on a serious note and provide me a free screen replacement or a new phone if you don't that i am starting a video and sharing it with everyone and i will stop everyone to buy Samsung phone if Samsung company doesn't do anything about it.

It's alarming if the phone is out of warranty & facing green line issue after official software update... Samsung needs to really look into this issue.

Samsung always do this. I'm afraid with s24 I have now, in the future update I will get the green line too. Please agree this issue and give solution.

I had the same issue. When I go to the service centre, they said I have to change the screen and cost RM1200. After cost me 5k to get the device, u ask me to pay another 1k??? Huh!!!

They just seems to be pushing around and service center just anyhow quoted hoping customer will pay for rm1000+. Even the ceo is singing the same tune.

Online customer service, service center and backend all don't communicate at all. Just playing the pushing game
