Facebook Messenger issues after update

After June 2025 update, the Facebook Messenger has been buggy. Can't send messages nor receive them

I have the same issue now. I thought it might be the internet connection, but it isn't.

Try force stopping the app. This worked for me but the bug comes back after a while.

My phone auto updated this morning and has been unable to reply to anything on messenger ever since. 

Even force closing the app doesn't help, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, toggled WiFi, restarted phone... nothing. 

Seriously hope they fix this ASAP.

Same issue on my S24u, none on my S22u.
