my audio clips (voice messages) in Facebook messenger aren't playing the full clip. For some.reason they are cutting off short. It happens to my own recordings as well as received messages, so I can see that the message is for example 50 seconds, but the audio cuts out after 20 or so. I have a galaxy 22 ultra. I have already cleared the cache and data, reinstalled the app twice, and restarted the phone.
I have the same problem. I also have sasung 22 ultra. I'm guessing it's the bug. Hopefully they will do something about it. These phones also have the problem with Facebook stories going black.
Hi all, thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Application > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
The only trick I have found on my S22 is that if you record your screen and record media sound it will play the whole clip. Stupid hassle but it has worked for me lol.
