Flashlight on while using camera

Hello!

is anyone bithered by not being able to open the flashlight while using the camera to take a photo or shoot a video?

i dont want the hassle of doenloading a 3rd party app just to be able to do this. Can Samsung just enable this? All other phones even the budget phones can do this.

the point is the flashlight is working but it cannot be kept on while using the camera
