Since updating S24 Ultra to One Ui 7; widgets such as Clock and Calendar have shrunk font to smaller than unreadable size.
How can I resize the widget fonts to a readable size; without over sizing the fonts in other apps (the ones that did not change with update). ?

Also has changed the font on keyboard window to micrscopic size also.
Extremely frustrating that I can't use my phone normally any more.

Thanks
Scott

Thanks.
It's helped, minimally, with size of widget text, but not enough.
Text when typing still a problem.

My friend, THANK YOU. Just got the update on my S23 base. the horrid font size of the widgets on the home screen, almost brought me to tears. The fix you suggested alleviated the issue tremendously. Shame that it had to be done with a "3rd party" software, and not with the default UI settings. A feature/issue, known by these clowns since last year. Again, a huge THANK YOU.

Thank you Nat, that's great! 🙏😊
(Samsung, it's not perfect but helps)

I also see that font size are very inconsistent. This seems like UI7 glitch that can even be seen in font settings menu, here is a image to illustrate this - when I change font in settings, setting screen adjusts, to reflect chosen font. However, even within this screen all fonts are different! So maybe samsung can tell where (if anywhere at all) this setting is used?

All widgets, browser seem to ignore this setting at all making the overall experience quite mediocre.

The Inconsistent is good term to use.
While I can't read what I'm typing (even with glasses on) that chat text is rather large.
Also whilst the Widgets text has shrunk, the AOD clock has become oversized.
Even the 'Good Locke app can't help.
.
Hopefully, Samsung is working to fix this Inconsistent font size, to a more user-friendly UI, font-wise.
Other features have been good...

Update needed please. As shown here, my widget fonts are all 'normal' and clearly the update hasn't worked properly. They were similar sizes. 1748350494389.jpg

Having just done the update to 7 the font settings are appalling. Can't see the notifications or any of the home screen text because none of them are honouring the accessibility size settings and none of the suggestions here make the slightest difference. Does anyone know if samsung working to fix this? Phone is now borderline unusable

Hi Scott,

Sorry to hear that you're having troubles after the update.

Below are some steps you can take to make sure that you get the best usage and accessible font size out of the new One UI 7 update.

Firstly, in regards to your Clock widget, as a troubleshooting step can you please check to ensure that the Clock application is running the latest app version available?
To do this, navigate to Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates > Update all / Update "Clock".
If the Clock app is up to date, please check to ensure that you are using the most appropriate Clock widget on your home screen. With the new One UI 7 update, we have added new 4x2 and 4x1 widgets that are available through pinching inwards on the home screen to edit > Tap "Widgets" > Tap "Clock" to expand the list > Check the "Digital clock" widgets.

With the Calendar widgets, you can manually resize the widget to be larger by dragging the corner of the widget until it reaches the desired size.

Please let us know if you would like any further help!

Warm regards,

Thanks for your reply, however, resizing the widget is not a fix for the font size issue.
It's not just the Clock, it's Every Widget! Regardless of resizing.
Also, the update promised "...more transparent background for widgets..." but made it less so.
Samsung programmers, please fix!
