Free package with S22 Ultra

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra online from Samsung Australia and for the gift selected and checked out the power package. I received the phone today but it does not include the gift! 

What is happening Samsung? Where to contact to follow up?!

same happened to me and I contacted samsung and they said they gonna send the bonus gift in separate parcel in coming days
