Galaxy S21 FE lagging and stuttering

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing intermittent lag and stuttering on the Galaxy s21 FE? 

I bought this device 2 weeks back, updated to the latest firmware (January Patch). 

There is a noticeable lag and stutter when searching for an app on the search bar, opening the camera app and scrolling down for notifications. It also occurs when switching between apps as well. 

Not sure it's just my device or others are experiencing the same issue.

And does anyone know when the next update will be released (February Patch) in Australia for S21 FE?

Hopefully, it's a software issue and will be patched on the next update 🥲

@dr_ar97 : Thanks for your post. Many reasons can cause lag. I have the S21 FE, too. There is no lag for me at all. Sorry to hear.

There are a few tips that could help.

1. Back up everything, yes everything.
2. Do a factory reset.
3. Re-setup the devices but do not restore your data yet.
4. Do all updates, including updates from the Play Store and Galaxy store.
5. When all app updates are done, now it's time to restore your date

6. Very important step: Warning ⚠️, for advanced users.
● After you have restored your data boot into dafaut recovery, CLEAR THE SYSTEM CACHE FILE.
7. WOW....you phone will be running super fast.

Note: you can also activate beast mode in developer settings. For advanced user only.

Same issues with my s22 and I've literally done everything you've said over four times and my phone is still lagging and stuttering g

Vodafone and Telstra are still in January 2022 security patche
Optus - December 2021
Australia XSA - January 2022

Whatever provider you are with, be rest assured that you will soon get Feb 2022 security update.
