Does anyone have any advice how to stop my phone randomly select "mute allsounds" during a phone call. Sound goes off and then a few seconds later comes back . When I open settings while the sound is off the "mute all sounds" button is on.

I have no button short cuts set to activate "mute all sounds"

Thanks

Check Accessibility->hearing enhancement. See if there's a setting there?

Hi @EssG ,

There's a couple of things you could do to make sure none of your settings are set to Mute All Sounds.

I know that you did state that you have no button shortcuts enabled, but could you just double check this pathway for me:
Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Accessibility button/gesture > If Mute all sounds is enabled, disable the gesture and check the issue.

Another thing you can check is:
Settings > Modes and routines > Routines > Review any existing routines and check for any "Mute all sounds" "Then" conditions.

If you face any further issues after checking those two setting options, please send us an error report via Samsung Members.

Warm regards,

Thanks for your response. . As seen on the screen shots non are turned on. . .I don't know how to do an error report and there is no error message when it goes silent.

I usually have my sound button right down for media, and only turn it up when I want to hear something. I was wondering if this my trigger the issue, so since yesterday I have turned the sound up a tiny fraction on media and the last two phone calls I've received haven't gone silent . . Will continue to monitor as the problem random before.

Since yesterday 1741920971406.jpg1741920971421.jpg
