just use this steps
install vpn changer app or can use Windscibe app

1. reset Galaxy store app (clear data)
2. restart phone ( put out simcard away for now)
3. change your vpn to US ( use wifi bcs simcard is not in phone)
- u can download Windscibe app then connect to Dallas, US
4. open galaxy store and search goodluck
5. make sure open all the apps in the good lock
6. restart phone, put in back sim card
7. done
