Galaxy SSamsung staff at Gardens service centre did mention to me on 26apr24 when he launched report for my case that there will be two possibilities for my issue, either Samsung will offer free of charge repair/replacement of screen or they will charge me with discounted rate for labour charge only for this issue. But till now no update on this matter by any parties. I did check through Samsung website for repair status and it shown there that my phone repair still in process, however I was not informed by anyone whether this repair or replace of screen will cost me any amount or not. Kindly update me on the status of repair and also on the cost. Also pls let me knw when my phone would be ready for collection. Why samsung take so long to reply me!!

So do I ... maybe have to spend RM1500 for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ green lines screen replaced ... 🤔
