question po, sino naka experience na dito ng biglang nagkaroon ng green line ang phone after mag update sa one ui 7 never nabagsak or nadiinan. After 1 week biglang nagka green line s23u ko 🤧 Ano po ginawa ninyo? nagdirect po ba kayo sa samsung customer service or nag email sa samsung. Someone help this girl out! Thank you.

Same with my flip 5, nag ask ako sa customer service sa Moa and it will cost me 18k to repair kahit na ma-prove na UI update yung cause 😑.

Meron mga article regarding that issue pero for S21, S22...Not sure if included ang S23u. And also not sure kung included ang Philippines. Better ask them, kasi clearly fault ng Samsung yan.
