Has anyone updated to Android 16 one ui 8??

Has anyone updated to Android 16 one ui 8?? Any feedback. Current one ui 7 is terrible on my s23 ultra

Thanks Andy, drain in oneui7 Is already bad. What i gather from you is its gone worse

For me, it's the same as with One UI 7, definitely a software issue

Yep, agreed. The battery was really bad on UI 7, then I got a brief update where the battery was really good, after a long while, and now immediately after that, the UI 8 came and battery life is pretty bad again. 

I'm waiting for it to learn my patterns of use and whatnot, maybe it will get better in a few days/weeks, but as of now, it doesn't look too encouraging. I also did the wipe cache partition thingy as well as the "batterystats reset", so let's see whether there will be any improvements. For now it looks like draining quite quickly - it did last for the entire day today, but with light usage. I can imagine, on a hike where I take hundreds of photos and maybe use a GPS app of sorts and stuff like that, it would die midday, at this rate.

Thanks for sharing. I thought one ui8 would fix oneui 7 battery issue immediately, but chances are it might not.

I've done everything possible, doesn't do anything, definitely software
