My S24 ultra yesterday experienced this moist lens. The phone was not even soaked in water. What can I do?

It's better to let it check by a technician or an expert to avoid bigger problems.

it's because different temperature between inside phone body and your environment, i believe we are in rainy season and it can be so cold which cause different temperature and moisture inside your phone

what you can do is bring your phone to nearest repair center, next time if it's rain better cover your phone with warm handkerchief and put it inside your bag and only use your phone in a warm place such as your home or your office during rain

Hi, D-a-v-e! It seems like there might be moisture inside the camera lens. For the best solution, I recommend visiting an authorized Samsung Service Center to have it checked. They’ll be able to help resolve the issue.

You can find the nearest service center to you here: http://smsng.co/SCLocator-SM 📍

📱 We also made it easy for you to book your appointment! You may do so directly from the Support tab on your Samsung Members app.

🛵 If you're from Metro Manila and cannot find the time to personally visit a service center, you can have it picked up*!

To book your pickup, you may call the following numbers:

#GALAXY (#425299) - Toll-free, all networks
(02) 8 422-2111 - Standard Landline

*Galaxy pickup is free ONLY for flagship devices. Service fee applies to other models and varies per service center.

Seals were definitely compromised. I agree with the service center suggestion. Ask if the seals can be reset around all ports and the perimeter.
