I have a problem when it comes to using snapchat on my mobile device, samsung galaxy S21.
The issue i face is the interaction with the filters that have options on them.
I have used snapchat in the past on a different device with no interaction problem. This issue only seems to be on my galaxy S21.
I am looking at making direct contact with the developer of snapchat in hope they may be able to help me but firstly decided to see if any of fellow samsung members are able to shed some light on this and direct me to how i may be able to fix the issue.
You don't appear to have described the interaction problem. Not that I have the knowledge to suggest a solution. BTW has this been happening over a long period? If more recent it might be due to an update problem, if so go to search option at top right of Community page and search "clear cache".
