Does anyone know how to add more languages in Samsung Translate? Or, even better, is there any plan from Samsung to add more languages? I find it frustrating that we cannot add more languages (like Google). Because of this, I don't use Samsung Internet and cannot take advantage of Samsung AI to translate or correct my writing when messaging through the Samsung keyboard. It's really frustrating, especially when all the languages are available in third-party keyboards (like AI keyboards, but you have to pay for them). I have a Samsung S25 Ultra and previously had a Samsung S24 Ultra, facing the same problem.

Hi Paul, to add additional languages go to :
>Settings\ General Management

On "General Management", select "Language Packs". At the top of the screen it will show the languages you have installed but if you scroll down it will show you available languages that are available for download. Hope this is helpful to you 👍

Agree totally with you about the limited languages available on Samsung Interpreter versus Google Translate. Sent some feedback to Samsung asking why couldn't " Greek" be added and a year later still no Greek language available ☹️. This is despite it being available on Google Translate.1747081525450.jpg

Nardeep, thank you for your reply. I have followed the process you described. My real question is why so few languages are available? And yes, there is no Greek language yet, unfortunately. I live in Australia, and writing emails or texts to my customers, or receiving emails from them or from companies, is very important for me because English is not my first language. Furthermore, when browsing and trying to find topics relevant to my job or interests, I cannot use Samsung's browser for the same reason. The funny thing is that with other browsers—Chrome, Opera, Brave, etc.—when I highlight a phrase or word, I have the option to translate using Google or Samsung. When I am in Samsung's browser, I have no such option, but only Samsung Translate, with its limited languages. Of course, that applies to all of Samsung's AI functions relating to translation.
