I scanned the malware through Adobe and was able to sort of diagnose and remove this, but now I've noticed Google Playstore appears to have been removed from the phone, I'm not very tec savvy (obviously) and was hoping any members here might possible share some experiences on data theft /digital breaches ,.
As a result of this in feeling really paranoid and have basically reset my phone ...thanks in advance ,Tidda

Factory resetting your phone should delete everything and return your phone to a normal state. It should be fine.

But it is a timely reminder to be careful of clicking links from anywhere.

How did you go Tidda?

I.also had my S24 hacked, but I'm trying to figure out through which app.
I did a factory rese,t, but it got hacked again, or one of the apps I backed up had something attached to it.

Yeah I've been through the factory reset process, then restored data and it happened again also ,for me these days, it's just easier to assume that there is a 3rd party present within my communications ,weather it be some weird old dude sitting in his mums basement living vicariously through other people's lives or simply the Service provider lols 😆 x

That's unfair. We pay for these providers to protect our privacy. I'm still battling my hacker. . I feel my hackers got through a lot of Samsung apps
I wish I did IT at.UNi.

Also,I believe the malware was installed on my phone through an app that wasn't updated or downloaded through the approved providers, all the best 👍
