I ordered few items from Samsung in two lots but they have terrible customer service which is why I want to cancel my second order. Before too, I wanted to cancel my wrong order and I wrote them an email. I never received a reply. So, I called them in Samsung customer care and it took me an hour just to get connected with someone but unfortunately, people working at Samsung are so inefficient that they cannot do a single job on their own so you need to stay on line for another half an hour to speak to another person to escalate the matter. It does not stop there. Even after going through all the trouble, your wrong order gets delivered at home. I have called Samsung customer care many times and spoken to more than ten different people but they still don’t cancel my order.I just want my money back but I am so frustrated. Neither Can I cancel it on my own nor anyone helps. I really regret my decision placing order with Samsung. In the future I will think twice before I buy anything from Samsung. Rather Apple provides way better service and they are very compassionate, quick and knowledgeable when it comes to handling customer concerns. Better switch to apple than stay with Samsung for they acknowledge you as customer.

Or you could just go to another brand that uses Android like the pixel

For order cancellations, I suggest calling 1300 362 603 to speak to someone regarding this.
