You could try going into a Samsung store and have it manually updated. Also, btw do you have the NTC Approval menu item in Settings > About Phone?

Hi, for most s10+ users, they already got the upgrade. May I ask if your phone is provided by a carrier?

The S10 family local variant should have gotten their Android 11+One UI 3.0 update way back in January. Is your device a local variant or bought from outside the country, from unauthorized resellers, or from a carrier?

Some other store, the phone is legitimate tho. I checked my software update and it always says "your software is up to date"
My phone broke in january completely my fault, so we had to go to samsung electronics to fix it. So I received the phone by february in a good condition
