I am not too worried about not having access to the beta programme but, overall, I think Samsung could do a lot better to smooth out regional differences. Anything from product availability, software features, release availability, beta programs, etc. I get that companies sometimes have to make different offerings based on regulatory and other reasons but having these discrepancies is quite frustrating and negatively affects the customer experience. Arguably, it also makes things more complex for Samsung as these differences surely affect development and testing cycles, product logistics, etc.
