How to remove gif suggestions galaxys21

How do you get rid of gif suggestions when messaging. They pop up above the text box when writing stuff like good morning and it hurts my eyes so much I feel like throwing the phone against a wall in which case I'm having a terrible morning

Hey @ihateGIFS

I would suggest turning off each feature to check why this is happening. 

To do that got to:

Messages (Android Messages) > Tap the profile icon at the top right > Suggestions > Toggle off Smart Reply/Suggested actions/Suggested stickers.

I'm also looking for a way to remove these very annoying suggestive GIFs. Your suggestion didn't lead to any resolution. Any other ideas or advice on how to remove these GIFs in messaging?
