I cannot unlock my Galaxy S21

Good day. I cannot unlock my Galaxy S21 phone because the touch of the screen is broken. I broke the touch of the screen when I accidentally dipped my phone in water last year. Since then, I have been using a mouse with OTG to use the phone. However, upon updating the software today, my phone says that I need to unlock first the phone before I can use the mouse OTG. I think this is a new security feature brought by the software update. I am so desperate right now because the pictures and videos in my phone are so important. Please help me.

Given the circumstance, I 100% recommend you drop by an authorized service center from Samsung and have it diagnosed and repaired.

Especially the fact that you have important files and documents on it.

I would not recommend going to the gray market just to get some discount as this usually posses as a potential privacy risk.

This may potentially be a bit costly, but consider the benefits in the long run.
