Image Quality in Messenger

Sakin lang ba? sobrang pangit ng picture quality kapag galing sa Messenger? lalo na sa front cam? HAHA 😆 mas maganda pa quality ng S10+ ko compared dito sa S24U. I guess hindi optimized yung Messenger app camera sa hardware ng S24U? software issue 🤷‍♂️

Do you see an HD option before sending? I believe messenger also has an option for dl-ing image quality as well.

Yup, already tried that. It's still the same. The workaround I used was to take a picture with Samsung's own camera app and then select that photo. So, every time I want to send a picture, I have to leave the Messenger app and open the Sam's built-in camera 😕

Ah. Mb, you meant the messenger cam 😅 I don't usually use in app cams. Image quality just drops.

Yeah! exactly, but not to the point na it looks like a watercolor painting. 😭😆 Did you already try taking a photo using the Messenger app? Especially the front camera? If so, is the quality good for you?

Side by side comparison ft. Bep and man, it's like I'm using a diff device lmao. Front cam is waaaaaaay worse
