Got the same issue. Mukhang there's no fix on it talaga. Sobrang pangit lalo na sa low light but good pa din naman sa place na may good lighting

For the images pala, you might want to capture photos muna using your samsung camera app then send it na lang. It'll be better than using the messenger's camera.

Hello JayCanja,

Thanks for reaching out to us in order to find out what's behind the image and video quality on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra when using the Messenger app, and we are sorry to hear that.

If you’re experiencing issues with your image, video quality while using Messenger app on your Samsung phone, it’s worth checking and update the Messenger app to resolve those issues.

Also, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Restart your device.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

OMG. I have the same problem. I just bought my S23Ultra last weekend and I tried just now video calling on Messenger app and I noticed a great difference with the camera image quality from my N20Ultra. Tried it too with IG's video chat app. The N20Ultra's quality is clearer.
