I am using s21 ultra, since few months I am facing huge problems with my mobile that it's frustrated me to my core. It has all kind of problems like over heating , wifi and data problems, camera freezed problem, lagging , if I use data to use whatsapp call I can hardly use it for 5 min. I used to recommend my friend and relatives to purchase samsung mobile but not anymore, samsung has let me down. This will be my last samsung and will be last mobile of my friends and relatives too. Now I hate samsung not just mobile but I hate whole samsung brand.

Sounds like you got a faulty phone, did you take to back to place of purchase? Or just complained on social media / forums?

I would go back to place of purchase, politely explain the situation, show them the issues, and ask for a replacement.

I get you are frustrated. But have you tried to just get the phone exchanged for a new one?

The symptoms you have are not normal. I am sure once you get the device exchanged everything will be ok.

Hi @Alexx007, thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

 

If you are unable to send through an error report due to your device freezing or restarting, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

My s21 ultra is also lagging a lot. Specially when I open my screen and go to any app, screen flickers a lot. All these problems started after downloading android 12. Sometimes people msg me in the evening and i get it the next day. This is my first android phone and I really enjoy using s21 ultra but all these things have put me off. I have always been on iphone before this. I feel Apple is boring &;restricted with stuff but atleast never had these problems.
