Received my new Samsung S22 Ultra on 5th March. I have been trying to redeem my pre order bonus every day since the 6th March. I've tried multiple devices different times of the day and each time it's failed. Today - 10 freaking days later I finally make progress & it works- only for It to then say that they are sold out😠.
Going by the amount of complaints from customers going through the same/similar thing. It appears to be a set up. Hopefully ACCC will look into it.

That's the only way left for the customer. Samsung Australia service is the worst I have ever seen.

The more complaints that are made, the harder the ACCC investigate.
Atm, the only thing I am seeing is false advertising in order to obtain sales.
