Since the firmware updates around may or June, modes and routines has worked differently. It does not work if there is no data.

So for example if you have a routine where when you leave your home it turns off the Wi-Fi and turns on mobile data, it no longer works even though it has for the past four or five years across different Samsung phones.

So these routines are now useless. I have sent an error report and I have been ignored for a bit over a month.

I know you're very active and you're getting lots of points but can you not answer if you have no idea about this feature

Routines will always use data to communicate and discover each other.

goTenna Mesh is a device that creates a private, off-grid mesh network for long-range communication and GPS access without relying on cellular, Wi-Fi, or satellite networks.

It pairs with smartphones via Bluetooth, allowing users to send text messages and share GPS locations in areas without traditional network coverage.

Many Samsung Galaxy Watches have built in GPS that functions independently of a phone or data plan for tracking location, routes, or fitness activities.

All modern Samsung Galaxy smartphones have GPS chips (supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, etc.) that work without data.

They can run location routines offline using apps like Google Maps, onX Hunt, Gaia GPS, or AllTrails with pre-downloaded maps.
