Earlier around 6pm(Philippine Standard Time) I charge my phone while its shut down. After 20 minutes I check it and upon turning it on it flash a full green screen and I turn it off immediately then I get my backup phone to take video of it then upon opening it again its gone like nothing happened. I am afraid that Samsung will not replace it since I dont have any proof.
You're supposed to charge the phone while its on. That's the only way you can avail of adaptive and safe charging. Also, you have 7 days to return the phone for issues.
