hello! yesterday i brought my S23 ultra to the pool(i just bought this a few weeks ago.), we were taking underwater pics and videos, at first my phone is completely fine, then it started to show some green lines and the screen started to glitch, i let it dry then its completely okay, then this morning when my phone just got charged, it wont turn on itsjust some random greenlines. then i started to try to get rid of the water damage by blowdrying it, and it worked. so right now the screen and everything is COMPLETELY fine, i even checked the water damage indicator near the SIM slot, its completely fine too. but the only problem is it just kept restarting out of nowhere, even when i was just writing this right now.pls help me

hala water-resistant lang po ang samsung and not waterproof po huhuhu. di po talaga sya recommended for submerging kasi di po sya talaga designed for swimming. better have it check nalang po sa samsung customer support 😭 🙏

try to do these steps muna daw po from the link below. pero na worry ako sa step 4 since na blowdry nyo na po yung phone nyo kaya possible po talaga may water logged na phone nyo huhu. try nyo nalang po pa check sa customer service if kasali po ba sa samsung care if ever meron po kayo. mostly mahal po talaga magpaayos ng phone esp pag sa official stores nang samsung 😭😭

You have to go to the Samsung Service Center. Replacing the screen is costly; if there are other component problems, you might consider buying a new unit. 😅
