My phone would randomly vibrate for no reason (no notifications too)

Has anyone else experienced it?

It started 2 days ago and before that my phone never did this.

I don't know what's causing it.

I started playing this mobile game last week (the only thing that changed) so I even suspected a bug or malware so I scanned the apps and also installed an anti-virus app and everything seemed normal.
