I'm so happy to finished my pre-order of s24 ultra. This transaction gives me a hard time that i need to seek help from samsung expert, from ordering to delivery to payment. Im disappointed with samsung online store coz their app is not user friendly. Also their stock monitoring is not efficient that i still have to wait from morning till 8pm to re stock the free watch6. Its good that ii was able to avail at 8pm coz i didnt want to wait on jan 25 for the next samsung live for the free watch6. To sum it up, im still happy that i finally have a pre-order of s24 ultra at reasonable price with my s23 ultra traded-in. Looking forward and excited on delivery day.
You mean card for payment? I supposedly be using my online bank transfer but incidentally my bank was not supported by samsung so no choice but to pay with gcash.
