Galaxy SHi toto0825! Here are some troubleshooting guidelines you can try for your battery:
- Make sure you're using a fast charging-compatible charger.
- Double check if the fast charging option is turned on by going to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings
- Please check your device's charging port for any debris. Clean carefully to clear out some dust.
Regarding your AKG headset, aside from your wife's phone, have you tried connecting it to a different device?
