No audio on S21 ultra phone calls

Been having problems receiving phone calls on my s21 ultra. I can't hear or be heard when I make calls. It's annoying! I have to restart my phone every time. The problem is only resolved after I restart my phone and even then, I have to restart my phone. What is going on?

all the steps in the link you provide don't do anything. everytime I receive a call without sound, I have to end the call, restart the phone, then call that person again. this is a temporary solution because it works for some hours, then the problem happens again.

Same issue here, been a problem for some time. Nothing works, even switching to use bluetooth. Only a reboot brings back the audio. It's embarrassing for a flagship phone. I haven't tried the hard reset approach (yet) due to the inconvenience, but have done everything else suggested.
