No one ui 7 yet in NZ

Spoke to Samsung NZ today 29.4.25, they said no estimation on UI 7 release for S 24 series in NZ. I mentioned that other series are getting it around the world (s23, S 22) why is NZ late. They said they have no information. Samsung have great products but lousy customer service.

Ugh, can you believe how Samsung’s gonna treat the S24 next year? It’s gonna be the same old shady nonsense! They’ll shove it to the back of the line like it’s some forgotten stepchild, while the shiny new S25 or whatever gets all the love. And don’t even get me started on their software update game—it’s straight-up infuriating! Why can’t they just roll out updates to all devices globally at the same time? Oh, right, because they intentionally prioritize the latest flagship to make it seem like your “old” phone is trash. It’s such a slimy tactic to push you into buying the new device. Like, what, my S24’s gonna be obsolete in a year? Pfft, give me a break! It’s so blatantly manipulative, and I’m sick of it. I’d ditch Samsung for Apple, but nah, I’m not jumping that ship—Pixel’s looking real tempting, though. Google seems to get it with updates, and I’m just done with Samsung’s greedy, tiered nonsense. Enough is enough, man!

The best option, do not purchase their s26 series then they will listen their consumers.

Now I don't know it's funny or not... just have to wait for the iphonification update. Like I said it should be this week. Upto Thursday... don't think they do on Friday. If we don't get till Thursday, then it's next Tuesday.

What iam saying is just leave it. No need to check for updates every hour or day. It will eventually comes in.

For me I don't have any alternative. Can't go to iphone or other manufacturers. Currently everything works nice and one ui 6.1.1 UI feel still good for me than the iphone shapes in one ui 7 but yes at the same time waiting for the update as this is premium high end phone and paid 2649dollars to stay premium and feel premium and stay uptodate than any other phones. I expect only upto 2 or 3 years of fast updates and then it will be like S21 for rest of 4 years. As a manufacturer that's the only thing can be done when each year more phones and models and new features arriving.
