I noticed in my samsung s21 5g that the notification pop up animation while the screen is locked is in lower refresh rate (almost like 30hz). But when i turn on the screen, it gets back to normal 120hz. Idk if it's normal or not. I have the latest version installed so i don't really know what's causing this.
