is my Samsung S20 FE 5G going to recieve the ONE UI 6 / ANDROID 14 update? is it eligible?

Unfortunately, the S20 FE 5G received its last update late 2022 - it won't be getting One UI 6. However, you can still expect regular security updates until the end of the year.

The support lifespan of the S20 FE is 3 years post-release, and software support ended as of Oct 2023. So yes, no more major software updates. However, it's still slated to get security updates for a few more years.
