my current android version is 13. malakas naman yung net connection namin pero laging ganyan yung lumalabas. tsaka nagtataka ako bakit ganyan yung icon ng software update at hindi lumalabas yung 'download and install'. ganyan na yan since binili ko 'to.

Try to wipe cache partition. What unit do you have pala?

how to do it? i have samsung s23 ultra.

Turn off your phone, plug it into a computer or another device using your type C-c cable then press and hold the volume up and power button at the same time until the Samsung logo shows up.

Then you'll be in recovery mode. You'll see the wipe cache partition option. Use the volume down to switch to it then use the power key to select. Mabilis lang yan tas makikita mo sa baba completed na then use the volume up to select reboot device tas mag rerestart na siya.
