Galaxy S
Hi there, does anyone else have this issue also?

My s23 Ultra which i traded from s21 Ultra last year, doesn't seem to receive or detect the updates. I asked my friend what version he has and he said he has the andriod 14 version on his s22 ultra, but mine is stuck on android 13. Whenever I try to do the software update it keeps saying "Software update interrupted". I'm not sure what to do but I hope it gets solves soon. Btw, i traded in my s21 ultra (unlocked) to an s23 ultra ( AT&T). I've heard that samsung users from AT&T have been facing the same issues since last year. I am now currently living in the Philippines, and I got the s23 ultra in USA.
Thank you.

I tried inserting the att sim and it still didn't work. I might have to go to a samsung store and manually update it. I'm currently living overseas right now, so maybe that's the problem?? I mean, my phone is already unlocked from att but i still don't know the issue. Thank you

If you have a PC, you can try updating using Smart Switch. Best to go to a Service Center and get it manually updated, then ask for advice on how to handle future updates.
