Samsung literally said that they're going to release One UI 7 worldwide except North America on April 7th, which has 2 days ago. How did Samsung delay it again?

All I've read was they were starting to roll-out one ui 7 that mean it starting come to various countries but is a process not a like a light switch ... boom billion phones ringing with update notifications 🤣 which would be funny to see
